Company
We offer consultancy services in the fields of Metrology, Quality and Component Cleanliness. We are an internationally-accredited Proficiency Testing Provider. We supply measuring instruments for rent and for sale.
Moreover, we provide training courses and on-the-job training, both in person and online (currently, our training services are available for Italian Clients only).
With our founder Mrs Stefania Accorsi‘s extensive twenty-year experience in the sector, we collaborate with companies, laboratories, organizations, high schools and training centres both in Italy and abroad.
Mission
We assist our Clients in developing their internal skills, optimizing their methodologies, and achieving their goals in managing measurements, measurement processes, industrial cleanliness analysis and Interlaboratory Comparisons.
Services
Regarding Metrology, we employ ISO 10012, ISO 14253, MSA, SPC, GUM and Lean Production methodologies.
We implement effective Integrated Quality Management Systems (QMS) for manufacturing companies and calibration / testing laboratories, in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards.
We offer comprehensive support for the Component Cleanliness analysis in compliance with ISO 16232 and VDA 19 standards. We assist clients throughout the Contamination Management Process, from determining the appropriate level of cleanliness for the components, to managing processes and logistics in a Clean Production perspective, with laboratory analysis, System Audits and business layout designing.
We organize Interlaboratory Comparisons in the field of calibration, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17043 standards. As a Proficiency Testing Provider accredited by the Italian body Accredia, we are authorized to operate at an international level, according to the EA, IAF and ILAC Mutual Recognition Agreements.
Stefania Accorsi
Mrs Stefania Accorsi is the founder of SA Quality for Metrology.
After obtaining a Degree in Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Integrated Management Systems for Quality, Safety and Environment, she gained extensive experience as a metrology manager, trainer and auditor for major multinational groups and laboratories, achieving remarkable professional milestones.
In addition to leading our Company, Mrs Accorsi is the Proficiency Testing Provider Manager and actively serves as a consultant, auditor and trainer.
