Stefania Accorsi graduated in Inorganic Analytical Chemistry in 2004 and specializes with a master’s degree in Integrated Quality, Safety and Environment Management Systems.
Soon after, she was employed in a multinational hydraulic company in which she held the role of Metrology Manager for more than 10 years, both for the numerous Italian offices and as a support for all the foreign offices of the group.
In these years, she acquired excellent knowledge in the metrology and in international business management. She also works as an auditor for the integrated Quality and Environment system and as a company trainer for both Italian colleagues and colleagues of foreign plants.
In 2016, on behalf of the company, she deals with the first project “Clean production” in collaboration with Unilab Laboratori Industriali s.r.l. through which he comes to the implementation of the component contamination management system in the various production plants.
In the following years she then held the role of Head of Laboratory and Quality Manager at an accredited calibration laboratory, leading in a few months this organization to obtain new accreditations and certification of the management system according to the ISO 9001 standard.
This experience has allowed her to develop strong skills on the ISO 17025 and ISO 17043 standard and on lean manufacturing and operations management in manufacturing and service companies.
Finally, since 2010, she has been training on Quality, Metrology and Testing topics, collaborating with various training institutions and Higher Technical Institutes (ITS), as well as providing hundreds of hours of training directly at the contractors.
