HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN PROFICIENCY TESTING
To register for and participate in our Interlaboratory Comparisons, you need to access our Proficiency Testing Management Portal (PT Portal).
The PT Portal is located in the reserved area of our website, which you can access by creating an account. The instructions on this page will guide you through the process.
SA Quality for Metrology is a Proficiency Testing Provider accredited by the Italian body Accredia, according to ISO/IEC 17043:2010 standards (PTP Accreditation Certificate No. 0024P). According to EA, IAF and ILAC Mutual Recognition Agreements, this accreditation enables us to organize Interlaboratory Comparisons at an international level.
How to create an account to access the reserved area
Follow these instructions if you are not yet a registered user.
1) Click on LOGIN in the website menu.
2) Click on SIGN IN in the login panel.
3) Fill in all the fields in the registration form, keeping in mind that:
• Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
• The email address you provide will serve as your username for future logins. IMPORTANT: You must enter a valid email address.
• The password you choose must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one number and one special character.
4) Click on REGISTER in the registration form.
Your registration request will need to be approved by an administrator. Once approved, you will have unrestricted access to the PT Portal.
How to access the PT Portal
Follow these instructions if you have already created your account for the reserved area and want to access the PT Portal.
1) Click on LOGIN in the website menu.
2) Enter your username (the email address you provided upon the creation of your account) and password.
3) Click on LOGIN in the login panel.
Inside the PT Portal, you will find an easy-to-use control panel that allows you to:
• Manage and modify your data.
• Change your username and password.
• Register for and participate in comparisons.
